Orders are wrapped in tissue paper along with care instruction and placed in a cardboard box.
I post all my UK items second class via Royal Mail, however, there is an option to upgrade to Tracked 24 & 48
International orders are posted TRACKED via Royal Mail
Refund Policy
If you would like to return your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item. The item will need to be returned in it's original condition and packaging within 28 days of receipt. A full refund will only be processed once the item is received back in the condition it was sent in. Personalised items are exept from cancellation and refund/exchange.
Please check the grammar and spelling you have included with your order as mistakes made at check out cannot be rectified.
If you receive your item and notice a fault, you will need to contact me with details within 14 days and include photographs of the fault.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and items will need to include tracking information.
Buyer is also responsible for loss in value (as agreed with the seller) if an item is not returned in its original condition.
