Shipping Policy

I post all my items via Royal Mail. These are posted out as 2nd class signed for small parcels.
I endeavour to post out your parcels the next working day, although on occasion this can be up to 3 working days.
Therefore if you wish to amend or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of ordering.
I am very eco-conscious, therefore I only use recyclable, sustainable or plastic free packaging. This includes on occasion re-using packaging that I have received or has been donated. This may mean that your packaging is a mix of materials and may not look 'flawless' or 'perfect', however your products are handled with upmost care & well packaged particularly any fragile items, as we all know parcels do get thrown around whilst in transit.

GPDR Policy
I, Natalie Edwards, am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop Made in the Button Room on BuyIndie.
When you place an order with me, I receive your name, delivery address, contact number and email address via the BuyIndie system so as I can process your order.
I only ever use these details to process and dispatch your items or to deal with any queries/issues you may have related to that order.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data is iin processing your order or complying with the law.
I will never use or pass on your details to third parties for any reason other than the circumstances listed below & I will not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
I may share your data with BuyIndie to comply with my obligations - with mail delivery companies or couriers in order to fulfil your order - to comply with any legal or tax obligations I have.
I only retain your details for as long as is necessary and in order to process the transaction and will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for no more than 6 years. After this time your details are deleted from all my records. You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

Refund Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your item I am happy to accept returns or exchanges. Cancellation only if the item has not been shipped.
To return your item, please notify me within 14 days from the date you received the item. Items must be returned within 30 days. In order to receive a full refund, unless the item received is faulty or damaged, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in it's original packaging.
I pack all my breakable items with extreme care to prevent damages in the post, however in the unlikely event that something arrives broken, please can you send an image of the damaged item so I can work out how it may have happened and to prevent it happening again. This does not affect your right to a refund.
You as the buyer are responsible for return postage unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
I do include my contact details within your order if you do need to return something to me, however if you do need to arrange a return & haven't got my address please contact me on
