Feel free to use the ‘contact’ button if you are unsure about the process of buying on buyindie but please take a look in our list here first as we have tried to capture most areas.

On each shop front there is a button on the right hand side so that you can contact the Seller to ask a question. This will go straight to them so that they can reply to you directly.

When you buy from buyindie you are purchasing directly from one of our amazing independent sellers. To purchase you add your item to the basket and proceed to checkout. You will be able to enter your details and select your shipping method before purchasing using a debit or credit card.

We are able to accept payment via debit or credit card at check out. Unfortunately we are unable to offer Paypal checkout currently although we hope to be able to in the future.

You can choose to register and have a buyindie account – whichever works best for you.

The postage and packing costs will vary from Seller to Seller and be dependent upon what you are buying. Please check each individual sellers for the prices they are charging.

For delivery and dispatch times please refer to the individual shop policies.

You may be required to pay customs/import duties/ taxes upon delivery according to the laws of your country. Please check your country’s threshold prior to purchase.

Yes, in the ‘Buying’ section at the foot of the website you can select ‘buyindie vendors’.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you have 28 days from the date of purchase to cancel, return or exchange your item. All items must be returned to the seller in the UK. Please see Refund section for a list of non-returnable items.

If you haven’t received your item after a few days (UK) or 14 days (international) please contact the seller directly from the “ contact” button in their shop.
