Amethyst is a healing, calming stone. It helps bring restful sleep and peaceful dreams. Monks used to use it to protect againt drunkeness!
Lava Rock is a raw, powerful healing stone. it is also porous, which means you can rub in one or two drops of essentail oil onto the black lava rock beads, which will then release or diffuse the scent for a day or two. Yon only need to rub a couple of drops onto the bracelet, don’t overdo it and you can then add more oil once the scent fades.
These bracelets are stretchy and will fit a medium ladies adult wrist. If you think you need a larger size then check out the larger/Mens listings or contact me with sopecific requirements and I will do my best to oblige.

I generally post out once or twice a week using Royal Mail Tracked 24. If you need an item urgently for a specific date then please let me know and I will try and it it out to you in time. Please note I am unable to guarantee this but I will do my absolute best to meet your requirements.
