Rory the dinosaur is a friendly, fun and super tactile crocheted children’s soft toy. Rory would be a delightful addition to any home. Ideal as a new baby gift, a child’s birthday gift or indeed perfect for any dinosaur fan of any age or gender.
The dinosaur soft toy has been expertly handcrafted by myself using only high quality materials and fully UKCA and CE tested, making this an ideal child’s first soft toy to be treasured and played with for an entire childhood and beyond.
MATERIALS
The main body, head, arms and legs are made using a 100% wool yarn. The ‘spikes’ and toes are made using an organic cotton in a variety of bright colours. The eyes are made using a black organic cotton yarn and the care label has been sewn on using an organic cotton sewing thread. The head, body, tail and toes are all stuffed with pure cleaned British sheep fleece. Making this child’s soft toy completely plastic free and natural.

MEASUREMENTS
Rory dinosaur measures approx. 20cm across from nose to end of tail. Approx. 35cm at widest (including tail) and approx. 27cm from tip of top ‘spike’ to tip of toes.
WASHING/CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Basic washing instructions can be found sewn to the base of the dinosaur, however to ensure your dinosaur has a long and healthy life, please note –
Hand wash only using a light or wool detergent, once rinsed, re-shape whilst damp and dry flat. Do not tumble dry.

All the Button Room animals come gift wrapped as standard in responsibly sourced, sustainable and fully recyclable packaging. If you would like this dinosaur to be sent directly to the lucky recipient with a gift note included (handwritten by myself) please let me know when placing your order and I will be more than happy to sort this for you.
All items purchased have free delivery and are all sent via 2nd class Royal Mail delivery as standard. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Shipping Policy
I post all my items via Royal Mail. These are posted out as 2nd class signed for small parcels.
I endeavour to post out your parcels the next working day, although on occasion this can be up to 3 working days.
Therefore if you wish to amend or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of ordering.
I am very eco-conscious, therefore I only use recyclable, sustainable or plastic free packaging. This includes on occasion re-using packaging that I have received or has been donated. This may mean that your packaging is a mix of materials and may not look 'flawless' or 'perfect', however your products are handled with upmost care & well packaged particularly any fragile items, as we all know parcels do get thrown around whilst in transit.

When you place an order with me, I receive your name, delivery address, contact number and email address via the BuyIndie system so as I can process your order.

I only retain your details for as long as is necessary and in order to process the transaction and will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for no more than 6 years. After this time your details are deleted from all my records. You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.
Refund Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your item I am happy to accept returns or exchanges. Cancellation only if the item has not been shipped.
To return your item, please notify me within 14 days from the date you received the item. Items must be returned within 30 days. In order to receive a full refund, unless the item received is faulty or damaged, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in it's original packaging.
I pack all my breakable items with extreme care to prevent damages in the post, however in the unlikely event that something arrives broken, please can you send an image of the damaged item so I can work out how it may have happened and to prevent it happening again. This does not affect your right to a refund.
You as the buyer are responsible for return postage unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
