Description
Poppies always make me think of summer, but are also the symbol of remembrance commemorated in November. This bag, with its appliqued red poppy, could be used at anytime: maybe when you go off to the shops or to carry files and folders.
It is made from creamy beige cotton upcycled fabric, formally a curtain, and is fully lined in cream cotton which was also upcycled. Being lined, helps to make this bag robust and strong. Inside there is a 15cm x 15cm zipped pocket and a trigger hook from which you can clip your keys or something else that you want to have readily available. Towards the bottom right hand side of the front of the bag, there is the appliqued poppy made from red and green batik cotton fabrics and enhanced with machine stitching.
The bag itself is 34cm x 42cm when flat and empty and has two 40cm long straps which extend to about 18cm above the top edge of the bag.
Please note that I am currently only dispatching with the UK where 2nd class postage is included in the price.

For most items, I will send your order with Royal Mail, 2nd class, unless you request a different method (such as first class or tracked) in which case an additional charge will be made.
Because I want my business to be as sustainable and ecofriendly as possible, I will send your order in reused packaging if I have any that is suitable. I hope you will agree that it's the quality of what's inside the packet that's important, rather than the aesthetics of the outer packaging.
If you would like your purchase to be sent directly as a gift to a recipient with a different address in UK, please let me know and I will gift wrap the item in tissue paper and include a gift tag with a handwritten message of your choice.
Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of ordering so that I can issue a refund before dispatch.
If there is a problem with your order when you have received it, please contact me within 30 days of your order being placed. I will issue a refund, on the return of the product, providing that it is returned in the same condition as it was dispatched.
