Embroidery is a wonderful way to reduce stress and anxiety; it is a mindful craft that boosts feelings of accomplishment, promoting overall well-being.

I have made sure that where possible, all items have been made in the UK, supporting other small businesses. The packaging sleeve can be removed so when you have finished the project you can reuse the box as a gift box or to keep for your own needs.

This kit includes a full colour easy to read instruction booklet and stitch guide. Scan the QR code and it will take you to a series of mini demonstration videos on YouTube to help you get started, showing examples of the different stitches, as well as how to fit the fabric in the hoop and how to separate the threads.

The design is already printed on the fabric so you don’t have to think about transferring the template and there is some spare fabric to practice with. I have also included 2 needles and a circular piece of felt to finish off the embroidery at the back.
