Shipping Policy

Please note that with the run-up to Christmas, I would recommend that you order before 10th December so that your items will arrive before Christmas.
For most items, I will send your order with Royal Mail, 2nd class, unless you request a different method (such as first class or tracked) in which case an additional charge will be made.

Because I want my business to be as sustainable and ecofriendly as possible, I will send your order in reused packaging if I have any that is suitable. I hope you will agree that it's the quality of what's inside the packet that's important, rather than the aesthetics of the outer packaging.
If you would like your purchase to be sent directly as a gift to a recipient with a different address in UK, please let me know and I will gift wrap the item in tissue paper and include a gift tag with a handwritten message of your choice.

Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of ordering so that I can issue a refund before dispatch.
If there is a problem with your order when you have received it, please contact me within 30 days of your order being placed. I will issue a refund, on the return of the product, providing that it is returned in the same condition as it was dispatched.
