Description

Measurements 40 cm x 40 cm (16in x 16in)

Materials – All Double Knitting yarn except for the White Sheep
2-50 gram ball light green for the front and back
1-25 gram ball light blue for the back
1-25 gram ball white for the back
1-25 gram ball Sirdar Snuggly Snowflake Chunky
Small amount of black for the sheep

Suggested yarns to use:
Sirdar Country Style DK and Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK
Rowan Pure Wool DK
Rico Essentials Merino DK

Knitting Needles – 1 pair of 4 mm (UK8 – USA6) and 1 pair of 3¼ mm (UK10 – USA3)
4 buttons
Tension – 22 sts and 28 rows to 10 cm (4 in) over stocking stitch on 4 mm needles)

The cushion is knitted in one piece. The back has a button opening and is knitted in stripes of 5 rows per colour. Add some lovely sheep buttons to add interest to the back of the cushion.

Rating: Intermediate

If you already have DK yarns (8 ply) in similar colours they could be used as long as they match the gauge 22 sts and 28 rows to 4″ (10 cm) over stocking stitch
