Large messenger style bag with rainbow patchwork flap

This large messenger style bag is designed to carry items such as A4 folders or a laptop, so would be ideal for a student or for your commute to work. Made from fabric and featuring a patchwork flap in bright rainbow colours, this is lightweight and also sustainable because most of the fabrics used are reclaimed offcuts from other projects.

Description
I am delighted to present this new soft-bodied, eco-friendly bag in my popular rainbow patchwork range, made for someone who likes to carry more but doesn’t want to be weighted down by a heavy bag. The body of the bag is made from textured curtain fabric in a light beige/brown shade and has been backed with fusible fleece to provide protection for the contents of the bag. I have made the flap of the bag from a patchwork of rainbow-coloured batik cotton fabrics, interfaced and backed with fusible fleece, and lined with a striped cotton fabric. The flap closes with a magnetic clasp
The bag is lined in cream fabric and includes a 15cm zipped pocket and two slip-in pockets as well as a trigger hook for a key ring so that keys don’t get buried in the bottom of the bag.
The strap, made from the same fabric as the bag, is adjustable with a maximum length of about 150cm.
This bag is a larger version of another rainbow patchwork bag that I currently have available. I also make other patchwork bags to order.
I am currently only dispatching within the UK (excluding NI) and postage is included in the cost of the item.
