Thank you for your interest in purchasing from my store.

I offer free UK-wide shipping. (Excluding NI)
I am unfortunately unable to sell and ship to the EU and Northern Ireland at this time due to the GPSR regulations.
I offer a flat rate of £12.50 shipping internationally.

Shipping methods:
UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48
International: Royal mail International Tracked *
*Shipping time for RM International Tracked is 6-7 business days, but your local import customs service may delay this time frame. This is why I insist on shipping all purchases with tracking so we can see where your parcel is during transit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK: Please note that your country may charge you import duties/taxes and/or a handling fee - It will be your responsibility to pay this charge to receive your international parcel.

Refund Policy

I do accept cancellations, refund and/or exchange requests.

Please contact me via the Buy Indie website or you can email me at darlingpheobe.creative@gmail.com so we can work out a suitable solution.

Cancellation due to a change of heart:
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request cancellation. I will refund you the full amount including postage, but do bear in mind that I will require the item to be returned to me in good, re-sellable order and that you will be responsible for the return postage. I will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the item back and am happy that it is in a unused, re-sellable state.

Faulty orders:
Should your order be faulty/damaged, please contact me within 14 days of receipt with photographic-evidence of the issue, and I will gladly replace the item free of charge or issue you a full refund.
