Shipping Policy

All items will be posted via 2nd class Royal Mail unless stated otherwise.
All cards are placed into a protective biodegradable sleeve and shipped in a hard backed envelope
I take great care when packaging your items to ensure their safe arrival, if however in the unlikely event your parcel does arrive damaged or faulty please contact me within 7 days of receipt along with photos of the damaged products.
All frames are carefully packaged into a sturdy foam lined box. Please note the foam inside the box may discolour over time when exposed to sunlight, as much as I try to keep them safely packed away into a dark cupboard sometimes this does occur slightly at the edges of the box which is unavoidable and does not affect the functionality of the packaging.

Refund Policy

Unless damaged or faulty custom orders are non refundable. 
When ordering a custom piece please ensure the details are correct, as once I have started your order I cannot make changes. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect details given at the time of ordering. If you have made a mistake please contact me as soon as you notice and if your order has not been started I will be happy to change it.
Mistakes made on your part will not be refunded.
