I hope you love your jewellery.  I take every possible care to ensure that it arrives safely in your hands.

However, if you change your mind within 30 days, or it arrives damaged, I’m happy to arrange a refund or exchange.

 Please do however note the following:

• You must contact me within 30 days of purchase to arrange a return
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the return of the jewellery using the same method as you used to pay for your order.
• Return postage costs will only be refunded if the item was faulty, damaged or the incorrect item was sent.
• Please remember to get proof of posting and please note that jewellery is only insured in transit when posted using Royal Mail’s Tracked or Special Delivery service. Any other method is at your own risk.
• You are responsible for the care of your jewellery until it arrives back with me. This includes while the jewellery is in transit back to me.
• Bespoke or made to order items (i.e. those made to a specific size such as rings, or with personalisation, or made on commission) are not eligible for refund or exchange unless damaged
• Please return your jewellery in its new & unworn condition and in its original, undamaged packaging
• Exchanges (unless due to a fault or damage) will incur additional postage charges
