My artistic inspiration for this unique piece comes from my deep love of the sea and the serene experience of sitting on the beach while admiring the breathtaking coastal views. This handcrafted pendant showcases intricate hand embroidery, meticulously created using single strand embroidery thread to capture the finest details.

To enhance the representation of sunlight dancing on the waves, I incorporated a delicate strand of turquoise glitter thread, which beautifully illustrates the sun reflecting off the deep blue sea in the distance. For the sandy beach, a variegated color thread was used to create a blend of different shades of wet and dry sand, bringing an authentic and vibrant feel to the piece.

It is set in a locally crafted wooden mini hoop frame, this wearable art  embodies the essence of summer, making it the perfect accessory for beach lovers and art enthusiasts alike.
