Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Elande Jewellery. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Elande Jewellery currently only ships to the U.K.

Processing your order:

I will start to process your order as soon as I receive it. If the product is ready to ship, and of large letter size, I will aim to ship it out to you the next working day. This will be via Royal Mail 2nd class.

Larger pieces will be sent via the post office and I will aim to get this done within 3 - 5 working days.

If you have ordered an item that is made to order this can take up to 6 weeks and will be sent via special delivery but if you have a specific date that you need your order by please feel free to contact me to discuss options.

Royal Mail: 3-5 business days - Large letter postal size - £2.75

Royal Mail: 3-5 business days - Parcel size - £4

Royal Mail special orders* 1 business days - £14.90 incl. insurance up to £2,500

​Damages

Elande Jewellery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

If you change your mind about your order I will happily refund or exchange for you. Please contact me at [email protected] within 14 days from the date of delivery.

You are responsible for the return postage and once I have received your item, and it is in the same conditions that it was sent in, I will arrange for a full refund.

(*Please understand however that unless damaged or faulty, I’m unable to accept returns for personalised or bespoke orders and also earrings due to hygiene reasons).

Silver, copper and brass naturally tarnish over time and this can be accelerated when exposed to chemicals such as perfume, toiletries, swimming pool water etc. This is not classed as a fault and jewellery that has tarnished cannot be returned for a refund.

If you would like to have your jewellery cleaned I will do this for free but you must cover postage costs. Contact me directly to arrange.
*This cleaning service is only available for jewellery made by Elande.

Damaged or faulty Items

If the damage has occurred during delivery please take photos which clearly show the damaged packaging and any damage to the item.

If in the unlikely event the item was sent faulty please do contact me to discuss your concerns. Any photos you can give to support this will be very helpful towards resolving the issue.

In either scenario please contact me via email at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.

If returning an item please take care with packaging and use the original package where possible. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value while in their care.
