Thank you for purchasing one of my products from my SilverCraftistry Gift shop.

If you are not delighted with your purchase please notify me within 14 days to organise a return. You will have 14days to return the item and you are responsible for the return postage costs. Once I receive it and it is in the same condition that you received it in without any damage I can arrange a refund, the money will be refunded to the original payment method.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

Silver and copper naturally tarnish over time and this can be accelerated when exposed to chemicals such as perfume, toiletries,  swimming pool water etc. This is not classed as a fault and jewellery that has tarnished cannot be returned for a refund.

If you need any further help or have questions please contact me at [email protected]
