Grey and orange twin Alien eggs in a green cyber incubator – This futuristic sculpture is the ideal gift for the sci-fi lovers. Steampunk and sci-fi inspired. One egg is hatching!
Approx overall size: 11 x 19 x 8 cm / 4.5” x 7.6” x 3.2”
Process:
The eggs were handshaped, without mold. Each of my egg is unique!
I used parts from my old laptop to imprint the pattern on the ‘incubator’. I stained it with copper oxide and applied clear glaze and gold glaze before firing it, with the eggs to 1200°C.
