Our re-usable decorated Starbucks cups with individual green straws come in a variety of designs and can be used in any Starbucks store. Many stores offer a small discount on purchased drinks when using the reusable cups so in order to receive this please ask in your local store.
Should there be a particular design you were after please directly email us with your requests and we will do our very best to help you. Please be aware that depending on the design chosen there may be a slight increase in the cost of the cup. This can be discussed prior to placing the order.

Shipping Policy
For all of our items we use Royal Mail and we send the items out first or second class.
We do our upmost to ensure the item is sent out at the earliest possible convenience, however should you have a date that the order needs to be received by please let us know.
Unfortunately we are unable to be held responsible for any delays due to direct strike action.
Refund Policy
Every care and attention is given to packaging the item with care and securely.
In the unlikely event that you receive your item damaged or faulty please ensure you notify us immediately. Please send us a photograph of the item and return the item in its original condition with packaging.
All returns must be received within 14 days of receiving the item.
The sender will initially be liable for the cost of returning the item in its original condition.
Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us, therefore we will liaise with you following the successful return of the item.
Discretionary postage refunds are sometimes possible.
