Description
This bag is made from a soft, felt-like black fabric which has been backed with fusible interfacing. The art work on the front panel is made from appliqued offcuts of batik cotton fabrics, black cotton fabric and peacock blue silk, and is embellished with machine stitching in variegated rayon threads. This is my own design based on photographs of the Northern Lights taken during a trip to Norway.
The bag is lined in peacock blue rayon and silk fabrics and has a 10cm wide slip-in pocket and several narrow slots which could be used for pens or, if you wanted to use this as a craft pouch, for crochet hooks and scissors as shown in one of the photos.
I would like to think that this bag is versatile enough for you to use it in whatever way you want: either as a “statement” addition to your going-out look, or as a keepsake pouch for storing craft items such as sewing or crocheting equipment. What would you use it for?

For most items, I will send your order with Royal Mail, 2nd class, unless you request a different method (such as first class or tracked) in which case an additional charge will be made.
Because I want my business to be as sustainable and ecofriendly as possible, I will send your order in reused packaging if I have any that is suitable. I hope you will agree that it's the quality of what's inside the packet that's important, rather than the aesthetics of the outer packaging.
If you would like your purchase to be sent directly as a gift to a recipient with a different address in UK, please let me know and I will gift wrap the item in tissue paper and include a gift tag with a handwritten message of your choice.
Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of ordering so that I can issue a refund before dispatch.
If there is a problem with your order when you have received it, please contact me within 30 days of your order being placed. I will issue a refund, on the return of the product, providing that it is returned in the same condition as it was dispatched.
