I ordered a sun catcher bicycle from Joy with specific colour requirements and asked her to add a flag. The moment she got back home (she'd been away), she obviously got on it and make the bespoke suncatcher and posted it to me very promptly. I was thrilled with it when it arrived, it was exactly what I wanted, and was very much appreciated by the person I gave it to.
